Process and verify customer sales orders in accordance with internal policies and customer contracts, including credit terms, pricing, and delivery timelines __ Ensure the completeness and accuracy of documentation related to O2C, such as purchase orders, delivery notes, tax invoices, and receipts. __ Issue #tax invoices and billing documents to customers in a timely and accurate manner Monitor #accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection Perform account reconciliations and support the month-end and year-end closing activities related to O2C transactions. __ Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Logistics, #CustomerService, and Treasury to resolve discrepancies or issues in the O2C cycle. __ Generate and analyze AR aging reports to provide insights on overdue balances and collection performance __ Support both internal and external audits by preparing and providing required documents related to the O2C process. __ Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and relevant tax regulations.
