Coordinating and managing #mechanical packages, as a #technical leader responsible for the documents and scheduled activities within the project. __ Performing #design of equipment and mechanical systems for mining #industry projects, including pumps (water and sludge distribution networks), grinding circuits and other related. __ Performing calculations and #analyses that lead to technical design recommendations. __ Being responsible for material requests, specifications, #data sheets and other technical documents related to mechanical equipment procurement. __ Developing and leading the evaluation of suppliers and technical evaluations of tenders. __ Coordinating with mechanical designers to produce designs and drawings according to project standards, and with P&ID mechanical designers to produce drawings according to #project standards. __ Coordinating the work and collaborate with other disciplines and engineering areas of the Company. This involves unifying the efforts of mechanics with all assigned areas and specialized groups, engineering disciplines, the customer, the supplier, contractors, construction and other functional groups. __ Reviewing and/or developing conceptual studies, designs, reports or proposals. __ Providing technical assistance to other mechanical personnel and interact with project and customer functions, to solve complex regulatory problems with knowledge of industry #codes and standards
