Supervises a component of an #industrial hygiene (IH) program, inclusive of #technical and administrative aspects. __ Supervises assigned IH personnel and provides guidance on their work activities. __ Provides technical support within ESH #teams and to Engineering, #Construction, Commissioning and Startup, #Operations, #Legal, Contracts, Procurement, Management, and other functions regarding ESH program execution. __ Confirms that IH requirements are integrated in planning documents, design criteria, construction and commissioning plans, schedules, and subcontract documents. __ Prepares, or helps prepare, #Safety and #Health Management Plans and awareness and training programs in compliance with #Bechtel standards, the ESH Management System, and contract and regulatory requirements. __ Emphasizes and uses risk assessment, data #analysis, and Bechtel’s ESH Management System to help track and achieve continual improvement. __ Prepares #technical and regulatory reports, researches issues to support ESH program execution, evaluates data, and reports performance trends.
