Support the U.S. Army. Knowledge Managers support development of #KM systems by designing and implementing SharePoint process improvement solutions; aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing; shaping workflows and processes with peripheral databases, content management, and records management systems; compiling reports on performance, usage metrics, and future requirements; and disseminating intelligence products across separate networks and portals. __ Publish #analysis and #assessments of the effectiveness of current organizational SOPs and processes as discussed during the KM Working Group (KMWG). __ Facilitate the #KMWG and enable collaboration by disseminating information to individuals or groups. __ Publish KMWG minutes and recommendations for the next meeting to the SharePoint KM portal and in email to Government personnel. __ Conduct surveys and interviews to increase the effectiveness of information sharing within and outside of the organization, as well as vertically and laterally. __ Ensure requirements and design concepts are accomplished through the creation of governance and maintenance plans; custom workflows and site themes; SharePoint content management with Microsoft Office applications; and transfer of content from shared drives and other repositories to SharePoint. __ Provide status updates on actual vs. planned task progress made; schedule status, surveys/interviews conducted; meetings attended; issues and recommendations. __ Review operations files, analyses, and operational data queries to provide CI Operations Trends and Strategic Communications support and articulate operational leads, gaps, vulnerabilities, and trends.
