Selects team members to participate in inspections; and works with inspection program staff, plan, organize, schedule inspections; make specific work assignments to #inspectors __ Periodically serves as a Lead Inspector, ensuring that input from all inspectors are collated into inspection program products for distribution to the Directors and the Secretary of Energy; and represent and defend inspection #products. __ Conduct professional interviews and document findings to assess/integrate the implications of data for the inspections being conducted. __ Serves as member of either the FI or CI #Inspections Program team and conducts physical reviews inspections being done at facilities throughout the DOE to ensure compliance with the Secretary, DOE and intelligence directives. __ Documents interview results for assembly in report
