This position is a full-time (1.0 FTE) role that includes coverage during weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays, as well as participation in the call rotation to ensure 24/7 continuity of care. #Conduct comprehensive #psychiatric #evaluations and #manage treatment plans for adolescent/adult and/or geriatric inpatients. Lead #multidisciplinary #Capitol Park treatment teams, including therapists, #nurses, and social workers. Participate in daily clinical rounds and team meetings. Provide clinical leadership and oversight for Capitol Park behavioral health staff. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and hospital program development.
