This position is a full-time (1.0 FTE) role that includes coverage during weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays, as well as participation in the call rotation to ensure 24/7 continuity of care. #Conduct comprehensive #psychiatric evaluations and #manage treatment plans for adolescent/adult and/or geriatric inpatients. Lead multidisciplinary #Capitol Park #treatment teams, including #therapists, nurses, and social workers. Participate in daily clinical rounds and team meetings. Provide clinical leadership and oversight for Capitol Park behavioral health staff. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and hospital program development.
