Contribute to the achievement of the division’s targets by driving strategic support, enhancing #advisor engagement, overseeing all communications and contests, and providing comprehensive sales and marketing support. Ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals to drive growth and performance within the #Retail Division. __ Key Responsibilities: Oversee the activities and performance of the #Communications Contests & #Events, #Sales & #Marketing Support and Strategic Business Support Teams and ensure timelines are met as required. __ Oversee all Retail Division communications to Advisors and ensure timely communication of all Retail Division imperatives to Advisors. __ Work with Human Resources Business Partner to develop strategy to drive Advisor engagement. __ Oversee activities to monitor persistency rates for the Division’s business and formulate strategy for improvement. __ Drive the implementation of AXA Mansard’s Strategy Plan Distribution initiatives. Timely reporting of activities. __ Coordinate activities related to all RSD digital and tech projects to ensure all distribution objectives are met.
