Responsibilities: Lead and #manage the Guadalajara QA Automation team. Build a deep understanding of C3 AI Suite and C3 AI SaaS application to thoroughly understand all use case scenarios. Collaborate with program and product management for prioritization of deliverables and resource allocation. Drive test planning, test case creation and test execution to #support ongoing C3 AI product releases. Collaborate with stakeholders to triage and track defects through resolution. Generate and report test status to stakeholders and be a strong proponent for product quality at C3 AI. Ensure all QA Automation #engineers are investing time in test case automation to gain in productivity. Establish and enforce best practices and standards like acceptance criteria, exit criteria, go/no go recommendation, etc. Set team members quarterly objectives, plan employees career growth and conduct yearly performance reviews. Recruit and retain exceptional talent to ensure team achieves expected growth objectives.
