Develop and manage routine #operational plans for sample room activities, ensuring alignment with seasonal calendars and business objectives. __ Monitor and manage sample room budget, labor utilization, and resource allocation to meet monthly performance targets. __ Interpret and execute policies and procedures that directly affect sample room operations, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement. __ Partner with #U.S.-based #Design and Development teams to transform 2D line art into fully sewn prototypes that reflect design intent. __ Ensure prototypes are production-ready and support seamless handoff to Tier 1 suppliers, leveraging knowledge of manufacturing processes. __ Provide accurate cost estimates for prototype builds, factoring in materials, labor, and #production complexity. __ Provide direct supervision to skilled and support staff, including subordinate supervisors, in accordance with established policies and #management guidance.
