Team Leadership and Management Lead, mentor, and develop a team of #Recruiting Coordinators. __ Manage load balancing across the team, monitor performance, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching. __ Ensure team adherence to best practices and company policies. __ Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment. __ Coordination Process Management Oversee the scheduling and coordination of interviews, including phone screens, virtual interviews, and on-site interviews. __ Oversee candidate communication, ensuring timely and professional responses. __ Establish and maintain documentation for recruiting coordination processes and procedures, ensuring consistency and knowledge sharing. __ Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. __ Work with the team to ensure Greenhouse and ModernLoop data accuracy and integrity, as related to Coordination responsibilities. __ Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. __ Candidate Experience Champion a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Gather and analyze candidate feedback to identify areas for improvement. __ Implement #strategies to enhance candidate engagement and satisfaction. __ Work with stakeholders (recruiting team and hiring managers) to ensure a smooth hand off of the candidate through the hiring process. __ Program #management Lead cross-functional projects related to recruiting operations. __ Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables for recruiting coordination programs, ensuring alignment with overall recruitment goals. __ Monitor program progress, identify potential risks and roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies. __ Conduct post-program analysis to measure effectiveness and identify areas for continuous improvement. __ Reporting and Analytics Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to track performance and identify trends related to Recruiting Coordination. __ Provide regular updates to the recruiting team related to Coordination. Identify and recommend solutions to address recruitment challenges related to Coordination and candidate experience.
