Identification/ understanding of customer process needs and system landscape. Identification of customer value adds around IOT and other A1 #Digital Services. Proactive regular interaction with customers. __ Manage the inventory, order and delivery of #hardware components required for customer orders (e.g. routers, data-loggers, telematics sensors, SIM cards/chips, etc.). __ Provisioning and configuration of IT-#infrastructure and #network elements (e.g. device management, server configuration, IP planning, routing, firewall configuration, etc.). __ Coordination the installation and/or configuration of all application and #software components (e.g. configuration of customer accounts, user roles and permissions, databases, reports etc.). You do quality assurance and end-to-end testing.
