Deliver face to face onboarding #program in the Perth office for all new hires into the company (all GBUs). This will include delivery of the corporate orientation, along with a #regional specific program. __ Collaborate with the COE, #Design, and/or Delivery #teams to support the design and development of Talent Management programs (e.g., onboarding, coaching and/or mentoring programs, etc.) __ Liaise regularly and provide support to TM colleagues and assigned #Business Partner/s to implement the overall TM strategy in the region. __ Create actionable project delivery plans for colleagues and ensures consistency of programs across region(s) __ Review program dashboards and other #analytic #tools to monitor the effectiveness of program delivery in within assigned region(s) __ Monitor program evaluation of launched programs, which may include developing an evaluation strategy and coordinating with colleagues in other #Talent Management groups to collect and analyse data supporting recommendations
