As Senior Associate, #Client #Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing #Unispace’s strategy to build, grow, and sustain strong client relationships across the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. You will be a proactive, results-oriented professional, driving both strategic and tactical initiatives to optimise client engagement, deepen Tier 1 relationships, and accelerate commercial growth across mature and emerging markets. __ Develop and implement the local Client Solutions strategy, integrating client relationship management, pursuit strategy, and business development activities across mature and growth markets. __ Drive #sales performance through faster internal alignment around live opportunities, effective pursuit planning, and deeper cross-functional collaboration. __ Deepen Tier 1 client relationships, with a focus on cross-selling #services and increasing share of wallet. __ Develop and utilise local client insights and #analytics to continuously inform and refine the Client Solutions approach. __ Proactively track and manage the conversion of leads and the movement of prospects through all sales stages to ensure pipeline discipline and progression. __ Identify and develop new #business opportunities with target clients, aligned to strategic growth sectors. __ Report regularly to the Singapore Studio Lead on KPIs, pipeline health, sales performance, and client relationship metrics. __ Conduct Client Relationship Performance (CRP) analysis and provide strategic recommendations based on client feedback and satisfaction trends. __ Collaborate closely across disciplines, regions, and within the region to ensure seamless client experience and aligned pursuit efforts. __ Champion the Unispace culture, values, and behaviours across the Client Solutions function. __ Drive consistent standards, practices, and technology adoption to enhance organisational effectiveness and #studio performance. __ Implement and support Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in line with global and local strategies.
