Manage the full Accounts Payable (AP) cycle, including processing prepayments, posting invoices, accurate cost center coding, and coordinating approval workflows. __ Execute daily cash and payment instrument postings, including bank transactions and credit card statements. __ Oversee intercompany billing and conduct thorough monthly intercompany reconciliations in close partnership with Global Accounting and Treasury teams. __ Support month-end close activities for US-GAAP and local statutory reporting, encompassing journal entry posting and comprehensive balance sheet reconciliation preparation. __ Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for both AP and Accounts Receivable (AR). __ Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and lead special projects to directly support company growth and efficiency initiatives. __ Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and tax advisors, ensuring smooth and efficient engagements.
