This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing compliance team at #ARRISE, supporting a wide range of #B2B and #B2C marketing campaigns across multiple jurisdictions. In this role, you'll work closely with teams to ensure marketing and promotional initiatives are fully compliant, while enabling the wider business to meet its commercial goals. You'll be involved in reviewing compliance requests, maintaining internal guidelines and documentation, monitoring industry developments, and contributing to training resources that support a culture of compliance across the business. If you're a detail-oriented and proactive compliance professional, looking to grow in a dynamic and collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you. __ WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Responsible for timely review of compliance requests from the business for global B2B and B2C marketing and promotional activities, in line with applicable regulations and internal policies. __ Assist in maintaining and updating detailed internal guidelines across multiple jurisdictions in a clear and consistent format, working with the Compliance Manager – Marketing and Promotions and other compliance teams where necessary to ensure accuracy of information. __ Keeping up to date with marketing and promotional regulations across multiple jurisdictions and escalate key developments to relevant stakeholders where necessary. __ Monitor marketing and promotional activities within the iGaming industry and feedback any learnings to the business. __ Aiding in the creation of training material and resources for teams on marketing compliance related topics. __ Help produce and maintain a comprehensive library of regulatory information regarding marketing and promotional compliance, tailored to suit the needs of the audience. __ Supporting with ad hoc work related to marketing and promotions compliance.
