Responsibilities: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of quality, food safety, and sustainability systems. __ Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, HACCP, BRC, etc.) __ Collaborate with departments to implement and maintain quality and food safety systems. __ Identify system weaknesses or non-conformities and propose corrective/preventive actions __ Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on audits and performance data. __ Support the integration of IT systems with quality and food safety platforms (e.g., ERP, QMS). __ Collaborate with IT to ensure infrastructure aligns with operational and compliance needs. __ Provide day-to-day support for digital tools and systems related to QS/Qi operations. __ Coordinate internal and external audits (certification bodies, customer audits, etc.). __ Support data analysis and reporting for KPIs related to quality and sustainability
