Delivery point management: You process supplier requests for registrations and deregistrations, change notifications, business data requests, and take care of the management of market and metering locations as well as tariff application cases in SAP. __ Metering & Equipment Movements: You will handle billing processes such as meter replacements, changes to consumption points, disconnection processes, or purchase and lease transactions for metering system components – including IT-supported case management. __ Change processes in metering: You manage the WiM processes, including master data setup, and ensure that registrations and deregistrations in metering point operation run smoothly. __ Correspondence & Communication: You independently handle telephone and written communication – even in complex cases – and are thus the central point of contact in the subject area. __ Contact person: You reliably support #business partners, service providers and internal departments with all #technical questions – even on complex topics. __ Process optimization: You actively participate in training, testing and further development in delivery point #management and contribute your ideas to continuously improve processes
