Demonstrate role modelling of, and be ambassador for, HR #business partnering across the Operating Unit. __ Develop a thorough understanding of how the Operating Unit projects are commercially viable and add value through people related activities. Utilise people #data to measure and improve project performance. __ Develop robust relationships with leaders and gain their respect to be able to influence decision making. __ Support the #HR Director with resource forecasting for the Operating Unit to understand future requirements and implement strategies to address. __ Drive the #Operating Unit talent review processes, and work with leaders to ensure robust succession plans are in place for key roles across multiple time horizons.
