To Manage the Premises #Assistance in the provision of all related services within the school location. __ To work in conjunction with Lead #engineers to ensure both reactive and PPM works are To comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including Health and Safety #legislation and safe systems of work. __ To ensure all planned and reactive maintenance is carried out as determined by the contract PPM plan, SLA’s, #KPI’s and line #manager. __ To be included on and as part of the on-call rota and to cover any absences. __ Monitoring the output of each site premises team member, to ensure the cleanliness of the school premises and #furnishings is maintained and the reporting of any deficiencies or authority damage is effective. __ Manage and oversee the delivery and control of materials and #stock to ensure budgets are maintained whilst having a sufficient stock of parts and materials in order minimise potential for unavailability or service performance deductions.
