e reasonable care for your health and safety and that of others at work. __ Handle #Helpdesk calls via Cisco phone system efficiently. __ Manage the CAFM system (e.g., Concept) daily to meet contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs). __ Monitor outstanding job sheets and produce backlog reports to keep CAFM up to date. __ Liaise proactively with #Technical Staff, Supervisors, Managers, and Building Users to ensure timely communication. __ Generate accurate #data for detailed monthly reports integrated into #Skanska client reports. __ Assist in producing monthly reports as required by General Manager.
