The CSU #Operations Lead will be responsible for the startup and initial operations for all permanent plant equipment and #systems from #Commissioning completion until Substantial Completion and handover to the Customer. __ The #Bechtel Operations Lead provides day to day direction to the seconded Operations team until Substantial Completion to ensure safe and reliable operation of the equipment within equipment #design parameters, introduction of feed gas and ramp up to prepare for LNG #Production and Plant Performance Testing. __ This position reports to, and takes day to day direction from, the Project Commissioning & Startup Manager to plan the initial operations of systems to support the completion of the project. __ Active leadership in the Zero Accident Plus (ZAP) program; ensuring both process safety and personal safety, as well as ensuring the highest environmental and #health standards on the Jobsite. __ Active leadership in the Quality program (including work not performed by CSU). Target zero punchlists to avoid downstream impacts. __ Day to day direction of seconded Client Operators Ensuring that project provided operations support is provided (such as buildings and other facilities). __ Coordinates the #technical input and support of the Air Products team on-site, including supporting commissioning and operations teams.
