The ThermalGen #Analyst supports the development and execution of large-scale natural gas–fired power projects (i.e., combined-cycle gas-fired plants and simple-cycle gas-fired plants) within BEn’s #Thermal Generation team. __ The role provides #commercial, analytical, and coordination support across the full project lifecycle—helping senior developers advance projects from early-stage origination through #financing and execution. __ This is an opportunity to be a key team member in an organization which has developed and/or built over 300 gas-fired power projects around the world and is currently at the forefront of solving the challenge of providing baseload power. __ Support development workstreams including site control, permitting, interconnection, and offtake. Conduct #market and site #analysis to identify new project opportunities. __ Work with team members to assist with financial modeling, due diligence, and preparation of term sheets and NDAs. __ Help coordinate engagement with utilities, data centers, and hyperscalers on offtake opportunities. Maintain project trackers, schedules, and internal reporting tools. __ Coordinate across internal teams and partners to ensure smooth project execution.
