This role, will be responsible for the planning and leading the electrical activities of the pre-commissioning of the project. You will identify risks and trends, prepare energization procedures and test protocols, #manage progress reports and proactively course correct to ensure objectives, deadlines and requirements are met. __ Energizing Safely and efficiently the Project's #electrical systems. This includes coordinating with other disciplines and organizations to prepare and execute a plan to complete all pre-energization and post-energization electrical testing as well, when required. __ Leading the Pre-Commissioning electrical team of the project, assigning priorities and doing continuous and daily monitoring of the execution of the scheduled tasks. __ Having the #Safety, #Health and Environmental (ES&H) concepts and procedures of the project incorporated into the day-to-day during the planning and execution of the tests. Ensure that each member of the work teams lives embedded in the ES&H process. __ Preparing activity plans and testing at component level, at subsystem level and integrated testing at system level when required, provide training as required.
