Manage and validate product, configuration and pump data (models, materials, dimensions, weights) for pump product families; provide clean, model-ready Excel datasets and PLT updates for the data modeling team and solver integrations. __ Perform data verification of #pumps, #motors, and #associated components to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications. __ Create and validate system and product configurations, ensuring mechanical compatibility and performance standards. __ Review and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documents to support accurate configurations. __ Verify mechanical aspects such as dimensions, tolerances, materials, and operating parameters in product configurations. __ Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical discrepancies. __ Maintain detailed documentation of configuration records, technical validations, and updates. __ Ensure adherence to engineering standards, quality guidelines, and project requirements during data and configuration checks. __ Support process improvements by identifying gaps in data accuracy, configuration workflows, or documentation practices. __ Utilize tools such as Excel and other technical software for data validation, reporting, and analysis. __ Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the team lead.
