Provide Aftermarket support to channel partners, distributors and end customers. __ Select replacement equipment/Spare-parts to meet customer needs and provide pricing. __ Provide field support offering for commissioning and troubleshooting on complex / critical applications. __ Generates customer proposals utilizing standard #tools, #seeks and #gains appropriate approval levels __ Administers and reviews submittal documents / Service documents that have been prepared for customers and/or tenders __ Collaborate with other technical and engineering groups, Field service teams and Product managers to provide the required customer solution. __ Provide timely responses to inquiries. Capable of training channel partners and stakeholders on aftermarket product support, enabling them to address more opportunities and thereby enhance customer satisfaction. __ Builds and nurtures relationships with key stakeholders within all of Xylem’s commercial teams.
