Conduct research and development activities for electrical motors across various product lines, focusing on both new development projects and optimization of existing products. __ Activities include #calculations, #simulations, #prototype testing, validation, and preparation of technical documentation. __ Support Product Engineers in defining electrical components for products. __ Assist Application Engineers in identifying potential application issues and proposing solutions. __ Provide technical support to Sales Support, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Quality teams. __ Prepare and manage electrical product data including databases, selection software, and catalog content. __ Support functional managers in processing certification requirements, submissions, and associated documentation. __ Participate in interdisciplinary team activities focused on product development, performance enhancement, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
