The Osem Nestle Trade Division is recruiting a Manager of the Information Analysis Unit. Purpose of the position: Establishing and operating the information unit in the trade group. Responsibilities : Creating systematic methodologies for collecting information,analyzing information, and creating #insights for all units in the trade. Characterization of all sources of information in trade, including collecting #data from various sources and ensuring the quality of the information . Identifying data relevant to business needs and the trade sector,as an engine for innovation and digitization of internal processes. Adapting the information and integrating it into Osem systems requires learning and an in-depth understanding of the existing databases in the organization . Development and implementation of AI #strategies designed to improve business processes in the trade division. Building and leading a team of analysts and/or data scientists – as a direct manager or as a leading and guiding professional Implementing advanced technological capabilities – AI Translating insights into practical actions to improve business performance . Preparing reports, analysis and recommendations for teams and managers based on the analyzed data .
