Own the Vision & Strategy: o Define and drive the mid-term #product strategy for #Intermedia’s #voice products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities o Anticipate and respond to evolving industry trends across UCaaS, cloud telephony, SIP trunking, and carrier-grade voice services. __ Lead Product Execution: o Translate strategy into deliverable roadmaps and clear requirements – and drive timely delivery of high-impact features o Prioritize competing opportunities using data-driven frameworks and deep customer insight o Partner closely with #engineering to execute – and guide architectural and infrastructure investments in scalability, resiliency, and innovation __ Engage Partners, Customers & the Market: o Represent the voice of the customer—by engaging directly with our MSP, VAR and Service Provider partners, and lead customers o Champion the product strategy and capabilities to both senior leadership and technical audiences, internally and externally __ Drive Business Outcomes: o Define and measure KPIs tied to adoption, reliability, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth o Partner with sales, marketing, and support to drive tight alignment between roadmap priorities, commercial requirements and GTM execution __ Build & Mentor Teams: o Foster a culture of delivery, collaboration, empowerment, and accountability across the product team o Mentor senior PMs, creating pathways for growth and scaling the team’s product leadership capacity
