Responsibilities: Build scalable, #high-performance #backend #systems for real-time ad serving, campaign management, and reporting. Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to define and implement features that meet business and user needs. Continuously improve ad delivery systems to maximize revenue while maintaining user experience quality. Develop robust APIs and services that connect our ad platform with internal and third-party systems. Write clean, testable, and maintainable #code while implementing best practices for code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and system observability Help define the roadmap and architecture based on technology and business needs Have a good grasp and ability to explain the various tradeoffs made in decisions Lead projects from idea to positive execution Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge Proactively participate in resolving ongoing incidents Share your knowledge by giving brown bags, #tech #talks, and evangelizing appropriate tech and #engineering best practices
