We are looking for a Wire #Harness #Technician In summary, you will build production-quality wire harnesses from drawings/BOMs/work orders in a fast prototype and low-volume environment, meeting IPC/WHMA standards and delivery dates. __ Build build-to-print harnesses: cut, strip, crimp, solder, braid/sleeve, heat-shrink, basic potting, final terminations. __ Read and follow #drawings, #schematics, BOMs, work orders, and ECOs; record traceability in ERP/routers. __ Crimp and verify terminals/contacts (TE/AMP, Molex, JST, Amphenol/LEMO, etc.) with specified tooling; #document pull tests when required. __ Print/apply #labels and heat-shrink markers per print. __ Perform #electrical tests: continuity, insulation/hipot, and basic troubleshooting with DMM/cable testers/fixtures. __ Execute rework to spec (e.g., IPC/WHMA-A-620) and #support NCMR/MRB containment. __ Maintain 5S/ESD and safety; suggest process and DFM improvements.
