The #Deployment #Engineer is a key team member in a #customer facing role, responsible for the deployment and continued evaluation of the system in multiple use cases, with this role specifically focused on the home use case. __ Support engineering with deployment and development, serving as an on-site representative __ Develop testing plans and support procedures for the #customer site, prioritizing the product roadmaps and development goals __ Execute robot commissioning and testing at the customer site, including tracking and analyzing collections, coding and debugging as necessary __ Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain the desired performance and reliability of the #robot in the field __ Work with engineering to troubleshoot hardware and software issues as they appear and documenting learning to develop new SOPs __ Plan and execute the logistics of deploying early-stage robotic systems to homes and apartments __ Work with robot #operators and technicians as the site lead, ensuring required work is completed and tools, spares, and equipment are available __ Communicate feedback to engineering clearly
