Own and lead the test strategy and #planning for large-scale #T24 Core Banking projects. Lead and mentor testing teams responsible for functional testing, regression, #automation, and non-functional testing (NFR). #Manage test planning and execution, including: Test design Data management Environment planning #Defect management Test closure activities. __ Review and analyze business requirements and system specifications to define test approach, #scope, and plans.
