We’re looking for a #Social-First #Video #Editor to help create engaging and attention-grabbing videos to spread the word about the #UK’s biggest #AI video company - #Synthesia! You’ll be part of the #Content & #Community team, crafting a range of video content designed for reach, resonance, and virality. Think fast, fun, scroll-stopping edits for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and beyond. You’ll play a key role in shaping how #Synthesia shows up on social - from product drops and launch teasers to everyday social #media campaigns! __ Must-have skills/experience: High-level video editing experience with a strong portfolio. Proven experience editing social-first content (organic social and/or paid ads). At least some basic motion design skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly iterative content environment. Experience of content ideation (you won’t just cut footage, you’ll bring ideas to help shape what gets made). An understanding of platform-specific best practices (e.g. TikTok vs LinkedIn vs YouTube Shorts) - knowing what will hook people in the first 3 seconds. __ Some extra skills that would be awesome: Shooting and basic production skills (especially for UGC-style or lo-fi footage). Experience using GenAI tools (e.g: ChatGPT Image, Google Veo3, Pika, etc..).
