Develop reusable, structured technical content aligned with Xylem’s authoring guidelines, information model, and style guide. __ Conduct task analysis (TA) and prepare annotated topic lists (ATL). Create and maintain #Topics, #Chaptermaps, #Bookmaps, and metadata within the CCMS. Produce and maintain illustrations, graphics, and photo-realistic renderings. __ Ensure the completion of review cycle and software-assisted checks for grammar, style, and terminology. __ Initiate translation requests and coordinate translation reviews. Communicate release updates to stakeholders via designated channels. __ Contribute to the development of the CCMS structure, templates, and information model. Participate in initiatives to enhance documentation quality, workflow efficiency, and content governance.
