Implement business development strategies for the WSS segment, in collaboration with the WSS Manager, the sales team and the European CoE representatives __ Promote WSS solutions in synergy with the WSS Manager, participating in joint visits and supporting the construction of the commercial offering __ Drafting and preparation of technical/commercial offers and their registration through company tools __ Coordinate the introduction and promotion of new solutions on the market, verifying the correct mix of #products, #services and #pricing with a view to maximizing margins __ Actively collaborate with the Marketing team and the EU CoE on campaigns, support materials, launches of offers and strategic initiatives __ Monitor business performance in terms of sales, margins, supply efficiency, and market penetration, preparing reports and analyses __ Develop relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders to expand the positioning of the WSS brand and solutions __ Participate in events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to identify market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
