As #Cresta’s newest #Sales #Development #Manager, your focus is on building, coaching, and inspiring a world-class team of 6+ SDRs tasked to creatively prospect into key #accounts. You will strategically implement repeatable processes, evolve the SDR playbook, and take full ownership of pipeline targets while cultivating a team culture of creativity, growth, and accountability. __ You’ll form deep #partnerships with #Marketing, #Sales, and #RevOps to accelerate growth across inbound and outbound channels, taking the SDR program to new heights. __ This hybrid role is based in San Francisco, requiring two days per week in our office. __ Responsibilities: Hire, onboard, and develop exceptional SDR talent Build & iterate on a data-driven Outbound & Inbound strategy Foster a winning culture of high accountability and performance Motivate the team through lucrative incentives and contests Uplevel SDRs and help them grow into our future AEs and managers Report on SDR KPIs to ensure that KPIs and SLAs are hit daily Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales on key initiatives __ Qualifications We Value: 2+ years of sales / SDR leadership experience in a high-growth technology company Located in the San Francisco Bay Area and willing to commute to the office 2-3x per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) Deep understanding of modern SDR processes and tools such as Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Nav, 6sense, and Zoominfo Experience executing an outbound multichannel strategy Consistent track record of exceeding quota while both leading a team and as an individual contributor Strong analytical experience with experience managing pipeline goals and forecasting __ Perks & Benefits: We offer Cresta employees a variety of medical, dental, and vision plans, designed to fit you and your family’s needs Flexible vacation time to promote a healthy work-life blend Paid parental leave to support you and your family Monthly Gym & Phone allowance Work from home office stipend to help you succeed in a remote environment Lunches and dinners included for in-office employees via Grubhub __ Compensation at Cresta: Cresta’s approach to compensation is simple: recognize impact, reward excellence, and invest in our people.
