People Operations & Compliance: Lead #HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, #documentation, and employee records management. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and internal policies. #Payroll, Benefits & Compensation: Manage payroll, bonuses, and annual compensation cycles accurately and confidentially. Oversee benefits administration (healthcare, 401k, leave policies, PTO) and serve as the point of contact for employees and vendors. Continuously assess competitiveness of compensation and benefits packages. Plan company events, recognition programs, and culture-building activities. Process Improvement & Systems: #Implement and manage HR systems (HRIS, ATS, payroll tools, etc.) to improve efficiency.
