Compliance & Documentation - Manage and maintain all documentation and approvals for compliance and audit packages across Finance systems. __ - Ensure timely and accurate preparation of materials for internal and external audits. __ - Maintain centralized repository for compliance documentation and approvals. __ Access & Security - Work with IT and business teams on User Access Reviews (UAR) to ensure proper segregation of duties and compliance. __ - Partner with IT on cybersecurity requests, High Value Asset (HVA) assessments, and vendor compliance reviews, including SOC report evaluations. __ Controls & Process Optimization - Develop and implement streamlined processes for effective controls monitoring. __ - Track and enforce accountability for control activities across team members. __ - Identify opportunities for improving compliance workflows and risk mitigation strategies. __ Project Coordination - Coordinate small to medium-sized projects within the Finance Systems organization. __ - Support project #planning, #scheduling, and #stakeholder communication. __ - Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
