Build, train and lead Figure’s #Pilot team, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure the achievement of data collection goals and targets. #Manage day-to-day frontline operations, ensuring smooth workflows and high uptime. Accountable for data collection performance metrics. Be the point of contact for setting up new projects, resolving issues, and providing regular updates on data collection projects. Develop onboarding and ongoing training documentation for new hires.
