Design and develop a wide range of high-quality, multi-modal learning assets from concept to deployment, applying proven adult learning theories and instructional #design methods. __ Create compelling on-demand assets (#eLearning, videos), materials for live virtual and in-person training, and performance support tools (job aids, process #documentation, user guides). __ Manage and prioritize a high volume of content requests, demonstrating the ability to work quickly and efficiently to deliver finished assets within rapid production cycles. __ Serve as the learning partner, collaborating closely with Subject Matter Experts (#SMEs), Sales Leaders, and cross-functional teams to transform complex information into clear, actionable learning experiences. __ Conduct audience analysis to tailor content effectively, ensuring relevance and ease of consumption for distinct sales roles. __ Develop learning objectives and corresponding content, ensuring content quality remains consistent throughout the entire learning journey. __ Facilitate and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure continuous collaboration and high-quality learning assets. __ Assist in maintaining the Learning and Content Management Systems to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and easy for the sales team to access. __ Utilize graphic design principles to ensure all materials are professional, visually engaging, and maximize learner consumption.
