Drive Operational Excellence: Lead, mentor and manage a team of People Service Tier 2 professionals to deliver high-quality HR operations services across Europe, oversee the day-to-day operations across a multi-tier model. __ Track and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of HR services. Translate broader goals and objectives into measurable deliverables and achieve results. __ Secure high-level of quality and efficient service delivery. Resolve operational issues through root cause analysis and mitigation actions. __ Build capabilities within the team. Ensure the assigned team understands the latest HR policies and processes and its alignment with the organizational strategic direction and has the necessary training to execute them. Managing escalations from customers and stakeholders as required. __ Ensure Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR regulations and ensure in scope HR practices comply with company policies, guidelines, and Standard Operational Procedures. __ Inspired to Innovate: Lead and support various HR initiatives and projects aimed at improving HR operations and employee experience. Support the optimization of HR technology solutions such as Workday HCM and Workday Help to streamline HR processes. Influence and enhance processes that promote manager and employee self-service, ensuring easy access to HR services and information. __ Empowered to Lead: Establish and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to effectively address HR needs and challenges and foster an inclusive work environment. Be accountable for employee engagement and customer satisfaction scores with a clear action plan to drive results. Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members. __ Drive Change: Collaborate with leaders to define the need for change and identify the desired outcomes. Develop change management plans including communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement plans. Develop and implement communication plans to effectively communicate the change to all teammates. __ Influence and Communication: Use strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to influence decision-making and gain buy-in from stakeholders. Present #data, #insights, and #recommendations to be influential in supporting the rationale behind initiatives. Build commitment with stakeholders to create a shared vision and drive organizational change.
