You’ll lead our growth engineering initiatives end-to-end and be responsible for creating product-led #acquisition and activation loops through innovative engineering solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a critical part in our company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will be a customer-first thinker, with a drive for excellence and bias for action and outcomes. __ Leverage data and build the data systems to deeply understand our #customers and identify areas of opportunity. __ Devise and execute #projects that drive revenue, customer acquisition, activation, and engagement. __ Collaborate on product-led growth initiatives end-to-end (e.g., referral systems, funnel optimization, upsell triggers, sales handoff workflows) that can be reused across customer segments. __ Develop and maintain high-quality #web #applications using React, TypeScript, and other modern Develop a culture of agility and iteration, striking a balance between quick wins and scalable, long-term frameworks. __ Work side-by-side with Product, Sales, Marketing and Customer teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. __ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our product-led growth.
