We’re looking for someone who can meet users where they are in their journey and inspire trust by delivering simple, beautiful, and well-crafted end-to-end experiences. You should be comfortable owning the entire design process, from UX strategy to product design and company branding. __ Participate in and shape every part of the product #development process, from idea inception to #production __ Work cross-functionally with engineering, growth, product, sales, operations, and leadership to create incredible user experiences __ Develop and #maintain the design system and brand assets we’ll use across the company __ Write design documentation and guidelines for internal audiences __ Iterate on and improve our design standards, tooling, and processes
