Responsibilities: #Manage full #cycle #insurance renewals for select corporate insurance programs by optimizing coverage structures, and facilitating broker and carrier relationships Review and negotiate insurance limits and terms in contractual agreements Create and refine team documentation on processes and best practices Document and track coverage structures, rates and renewal calendar Own the creation and distribution of certificates of insurance Work with internal stakeholders and broker to issue surety bonds in accordance with contractual obligations Process insurance invoices promptly Coordinate the execution of non-disclosure agreements for the Risk team
