Serves as subject matter expert for Employee Data Administration process area and its related activities __ Ensures that all necessary documents and approvals have been received and information is accurately entered into HRIS (#HR data management) __ Produces #reports (standard and ad-hoc) using available #databases and #systems __ Produces documentation related to HR changes and transactions using established templates and procedures __ Ensures record keeping and documentation requirements are kept. File candidate-related documentation as appropriate __ Recognizes unusual events or consistent problem areas and works with Team Leader to resolve __ Maintains process information documentation and procedures in the knowledge management system __ Conducts knowledge transfer for the process area within the HR Shared Services with existing programs and when new initiatives are introduced __ Assists with the implementation of programs, policies, and services provided by the HR Shared Service or process improvement projects by keeping knowledge up to date with new procedures or processes changes that are implemented __ Supports other HR SSC teams and "fill in" for administrative responsibilities during temporary absences or during periods of heavy workload __ Tracks and processes issues and service quality complaints and escalates the issues as necessary following the escalation procedure
