Partner with the global WI (Water Infrastructure) marketing team to implement global strategy and initiatives in the region to engage existing and potential customers to drive revenue growth and generate leads. __ Work closely with the Sales, Product and Business Development teams in the region to understand customers’ needs and perceptions, and to optimize marketing campaigns across all offline and digital channels. __ Lead and support local adaptation of global segment messaging and guidelines, assisting in planning and implementation for activities related to #sales, #marketing, and #tradeshows and events. Develop and implement plan to support WI channel partners’ marketing. __ Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a sustainable digital marketing model to optimize stakeholder engagement and online campaign performance. __ Manage existing regional digital platforms including websites, marketing automation tools and social media. Implement and manage, if necessary, new digital tools. Develop and curate regional high impact content when relevant. __ Drive proactive and continuous communication among business partners to ensure active and informed involvement on regional marketing initiatives. __ Manage marketing budget strategically to maximize ROI, ensure cost efficiency, and align spending with overall business and region objectives. __ Lead the development and execution of lead management to drive pipeline growth and conversion. __ Develop comprehensive marketing plan that integrate segment strategy, market insights, and customer engagement objective to support business growth.
