Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial tender submissions for water and wastewater projects. __ Interpret client specifications and requirements to develop compliant and competitive proposals. Liaise with internal stakeholders (Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance) to gather necessary input for tenders. __ Product selection Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines. __ Support post-tender activities including clarifications, negotiations, and handovers. __ Contribute to continuous improvement of tendering processes and tools __ Utilize and manage our Salesforce CRM platform for opportunities __ Ensuring quotes that need done are completed within the required timeframes Receiving and processing Orders Ensure that all orders have the correct discount authority. __ Work with the Xylem Field Account Managers to ensure that the customer gets the best experience possible. To deal with customer issues and to find a resolution in a prompt & fair manner __ Liaise with Logistics partners and European Factories to ensure delivery requirements and issues are resolved in a cost effective and efficient manner. To assist in departmental initiatives as and when required. __ Carry out other tasks as may be defined that may be required to develop the business.
