We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead growth initiatives within our Water Infrastructure Treatment portfolio. __ This strategic role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving adoption of Xylem’s advanced treatment technologies across municipal and industrial sectors in Ireland. __ Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic business development plan focused on water and wastewater treatment solutions. __ Identify and cultivate new opportunities across public utilities, engineering #consultants, #contractors, and #industrial clients. __ Lead client engagement from early-stage opportunity development through to contract negotiation and handover. __ Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Tendering) to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
