Receive and process #reorganisation requests from #business segments using the designated master template __ Liaise with business leaders to clarify structural change requirements and timelines. __ Review existing employment #contracts and compare them with proposed changes in roles, compensation, or conditions. __ Categorise affected employees into appropriate case groups based on predefined criteria. __ Interpret and apply the results of negotiations with the Workers Council to the affected employee groups. __ Ensure all reorganisation actions comply with agreed terms and local labor regulations. __ Prepare and distribute accurate contractual documentation reflecting the changes to affected employees. __ Provide the #IT Hub with accurate and timely data related to employee movements and changes.
